At its core, Underestimated is a show about breaking barriers for people with disabilities, by exploring the challenges faced within the community and highlighting inspiring people who offer diverse and powerful lived experiences.
Host Tory Bowman and Reporters Oda Al-anizi and Nancy Xia will take viewers from the studio and into people’s homes and workplaces to share stories about housing, employment, sex and disability, mental health, and more. From a Paralympian and Sex Experts to extraordinary individuals navigating their day-to-day, these stories will inspire and motivate all who watch.
